ADMIN ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST
Looking for a friendly voice that is reliable and can consistently provide an exceptional customer experience as a virtual assistant. You will answer multiple lines and must have the flexibility to handle both inbound and outbound calls. Duties will range but are not limited to: engaging potential clients, accurately gather and record critical and confidential information, scheduling appointments, provide research for business development and upcoming upcoming events, providing social media topics and updates. High speed internet access, a smart phone and a quiet dedicated workspace free from background noise and distractions is required.
* Must be proficient in G Suite
* HS Diploma or equivalent
* Comfortable providing administrative assistance
* Capable of professional and concise communication written and verbal
* Prior customer service experience secretary, assistant, or administrative experience required
* Experience in the legal or medical field preferred
Schedule is flexible and pay is starting at $11 per hour with a lot of room for growth and advancement.
